We offer different types of applications, and the data we or our partners access depends entirely on the app you are using:
A. Premium Offline Tools (e.g., Nana Pinyin Converter)
- 100% Offline Processing: All text inputs, Pinyin conversions, and formatting are performed locally on your device.
- No Audio or Text Recording: We DO NOT send your texts, documents, or conversion history to our servers or any third parties.
- No Tracking or Ads: Paid utility apps do not contain third-party advertising networks or user tracking analytics.
- Local Device Access: The app may request permission to access your Photo Library or Storage only if you choose to export your conversion results as an image or PDF. We do not access or read your other personal files.
B. Educational & AI-Assisted Apps (e.g., Nana Pinyin Tutor)
- Microphone Access: To use features like the AI Pronunciation Coach, the app requires access to your device's microphone.
- Local Voice Processing: All voice recognition and pronunciation scoring are performed entirely locally on your device using offline AI models.
- No Audio Recording: We DO NOT record, save, upload, or transmit your voice data to our servers. Your voice stays strictly on your device.
2. Information Collected Automatically by Third Parties
While we do not collect personal data directly, certain apps (specifically free, ad-supported versions or those with subscriptions) use trusted third-party services to provide core functionalities. These services may collect anonymous data:
- RevenueCat (In-App Purchases): We use RevenueCat to manage subscriptions and purchases. RevenueCat generates an anonymous App User ID to link your purchases to your device’s app store account. They do not collect your name or email.
- AdMob (Advertising): For free users in our ad-supported apps, we use AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads. You can manage your ad tracking preferences through your device's system settings.
- Crashlytics / Analytics: We may use basic crash reporting tools to monitor app crashes and improve performance anonymously.
3. How We Use Information
Any anonymized data collected by the aforementioned third parties is used solely to:
- Verify your premium subscription status.
- Serve non-intrusive advertisements to free users.
- Monitor app stability, identify bugs, and improve overall performance.
4. Data Retention
Because we do not maintain user accounts or databases of personal information, there is no personal data for us to retain or delete on our end. Purchase history is retained by Apple or Google, in accordance with their respective privacy policies.

Our apps are safe for educational use. We do not knowingly collect Personally Identifiable Information (PII) from children under 13. All offline tools, text conversions, and voice processing happen securely on the device without being transmitted to external servers.
