Welcome to Nana Pinyin Tutor ("App"). By downloading, accessing, or using our App, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. No Account Required

You can use the App without creating an account. Your progress and settings are saved locally on your device. If you uninstall the App or change devices, your local learning progress may be lost.

2. Premium Subscriptions and Purchases

The App offers optional in-app purchases and auto-renewing subscriptions to unlock Premium features (e.g., Ad-Free experience, unlimited voice evaluations).

• Billing: Payment will be charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Cancellation: We cannot cancel subscriptions for you. You must manage or cancel your subscriptions directly through your Apple or Google account settings.
• Restoring Purchases: If you reinstall the App or switch to a new device (using the same Apple/Google account), you can restore your Premium access using the "Restore Purchases" button in the Settings menu.

3. Ad-Supported Free Version

If you do not purchase a Premium subscription, you may access certain features by watching rewarded video advertisements. Ad availability is subject to third-party ad networks (Google AdMob) and is not guaranteed.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to audio recordings, text, graphics, pronunciation algorithms, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of Nana Pinyin Tutor. You may use the App for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App, including the AI Voice Scoring feature, is provided on an "AS IS" basis. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that the pronunciation feedback will be 100% error-free. The App is a tool to assist language learning and does not guarantee language fluency.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nana Pinyin Tutor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
